Do you offer international shipping?

Yes!

How can I track my order?

Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking number and link

*NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL TRACKING: Complete international tracking is only available for certain international destinations. Please refer to this link for a list of countries that include complete international tracking via USPS. For all other international destinations, tracking will only be available until the package leaves the United States. 

How long does it take to process and receive an order?

Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to process and ship. Once processed, please allow the following shipping times: 

If order processing times are longer than expected I will always give advanced notice both on my site and my Instagram account with information on what adjusted processing times will look like for that time period.

What if my package is lost in transit?

If your package does not arrive within the estimated shipping window, please email me and let me know. I will investigate with the carrier and determine if the item is still in transit or if the carrier is unable to locate the package. 

I don't see any pottery available on your website. Why?

I restock a limited number of pottery pieces on a regular basis. If there is no pottery available, that means I have sold out and am working on adding more. Please follow my Instagram and subscribe to my newsletter at the bottom of this page for announcements on upcoming release dates. 

Are any prints limited edition?

If a print is limited edition I will note it on the product page. If an item is not limited edition, that means that the printing block is still in use and I will continue to use it to produce that print.

Do you offer custom designs?

Currently I do not offer custom orders or designs, however I may in the future! I will update on my website and my Instagram account once I open custom orders. 

Do you design custom tattoos?

Currently I do not design tattoos - all of my designs are for my art prints that are contemporary designs meant for home decor, etc. However, I may begin to offer tattoo designs in the future!

How do I book you for a tatau mural or a custom workshop?

Will your items be available in local Bay Area retail shops?

Hopefully, yes! I am working with local retailers to include some of my designs in their inventory. Keep an eye on this space and my Instagram account - I will update and announce once my items are available in local shops!

Will your items be available at local Bay Area craft fairs and Polynesian festivals?

Hopefully, yes! I will announce any upcoming fairs and festivals on my site and on my Instagram account.

What payments do you accept?

Currently I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. My website also accepts payments via Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, JCB, Diners Club International and Shopify Pay.
